Ascert and TIC formed a partnership to create a high-value testing service offering in the NonStop Community

Ascert and TIC announce a services partnership to bring enhanced customized testing offerings to the NonStop Community. “The formation of this joint venture provides a significant value-added proposition to users of the HPE NonStop platform,” says Rich Greene, Ascert’s Director of Sales & Service for the America’s. “Both companies have decades of experience in the space and are well known for delivering solutions that work extremely well.”

 

Among the many testing enhancement services, the new partnership offers are platform migrations service testing, green automation testing, certification to external partner testing, manual to automated transformation testing, and others.

One of the initial or new services the Ascert/TIC partnership offers is a Test Operation Health Check that allows any company to get a diagnosis of their current test operations and a prescriptive report that details recommended enhancements or areas of focus to gain greater efficiencies or increased revenue.

Relate

 

Relate™ is a server based solution that provides intelligent file manipulation, comparison, maintenance and migration functions on all types of Enscribe files. Relate can read an application’s existing data definitions and enables field level file changes to be made or identified in the most efficient and reliable manner possible.

​Unlocking Your Enscribe Data
Relate provides SQL-like command-line operations, to enable operations to be performed on a targeted set of records within an Enscribe file. Relate's use of an application's existing data definitions ensures that field-level changes to files can be made or identified in the quickest and most reliable manner possible. Relate's ability to markup existing data definitions enables record overlays to be intelligently applied, and variably-formatted records, as found in applications such as ACI's BASE24, to be easily handled, all without the development of any custom code.

Relate is of significant assistance to software developers and testers, with the building and testing of new and old applications, as well as to those working in technical support roles, who may want to make rapid global changes to files.
